Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow wiring and wired-assembly standard practices and designs, ensuring released builds are executed timely and orderly.
  • •Collaborate with Quality and Engineering to complete functional testing and troubleshoot programming to ensure proper functionality.
  • •Verify wiring and components match BOMs and schematics; determine proper wire type and size for specified amperages when not specified on drawings.
  • •Ensure required materials, tools, and equipment are available and functioning, using hoist/lifting devices as needed.
  • •Document errors in drawings/production paperwork, recommend engineering changes and improvements, and refer quality findings to relevant quality personnel.
