Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scope research agenda within priority areas, collaborating with a sponsor and cross-functional teams
•Engage in core research periods with regular check-ins, internal talks, and working sessions to advance project milestones
•Produce publishable research outputs or productionizable results, including final write-ups and presentations
•Publish or ship outcomes in top ML venues and manage the path from research to impact within the company
•Collaborate with senior researchers and engineering leaders, receiving mentorship and weekly unblock support

Key Requirements

•PhD candidates, recent PhDs, or independent researchers with published work at top ML venues or equivalent output
•Strong track record in research and ML, with ability to operate independently and scope a research agenda

•Comfort presenting work to mixed research and engineering audiences and communicating complex ideas clearly
•Experience working with real-world operational data and ML systems for experimentation and evaluation
