Key Responsibilities

  • •Vaccinate and move birds to feed conversion, growing, laying, and live haul loading areas.
  • •Set up poultry houses including cages, shavings, and spraying of pesticides.
  • •Clean and disinfect equipment and vehicles used for moving birds, supplies, or equipment.
  • •Perform other assigned farm duties such as repairing cages/pens/equipment and farm cleanup, including euthanizing weak/ill birds per company policy.
  • •Follow biosecurity and safety requirements, including required facility entry procedures and use of PPE.

Key Requirements

  • •Must have a valid driver’s license.
  • •Must have at least 12 months of consecutive work history with one employer and no additional job gaps greater than 6 months in the past 36 months.

  • •Must be willing and able to perform physical requirements of the job, including safe lifting and regular standing and movement.
