•Support rollout of new features and monitor performance, refining journeys for high-growth categories based on customer feedback.
•Troubleshoot daily platform challenges to ensure seamless end-to-end experience from initial consultation to personalized treatment plan.
•Maintain high-quality product documentation and coordinate across departments to ensure medical-grade skincare remains world-class and presentations are aligned.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: INR 50,000 - 60,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•0 to 1 years of experience in a technical, product, or data analyst role; recent graduates encouraged to apply
•Bachelor's degree in a technical, analytical, or business-related field
•Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
