Contracts Manager

Manage the full lifecycle of contracts to ensure legal compliance, mitigate risk, and support business objectives. Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize commercial agreements such as sales, vendor, partnership, and NDAs in collaboration with legal counsel and business stakeholders. Own contract execution and renewal, maintain templates and playbooks, monitor compliance and performance, and serve as a key internal point of contact for contract terms and training.
