Own end-to-end business performance for the IMC organization across ASEAN, driving full P&L accountability and leading commercial, operational, and functional execution. Set annual operating plans, forecasts, and multi-year growth strategies aligned with APAC/global priorities, expand margins, and ensure governance and compliance.
