Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver Business Credit Office (BCO) tasks in line with agreed OKRs, SLAs, and KPIs.
  • •Coordinate between stakeholders to complete credit monitoring and credit maintenance, including documents review and submission, and limit loading and drawdown.
  • •Engage with customers where required and manage timely updates to bank systems and records, including covenant updates.
  • •Support the BCO Manager, Analyst, and Team Leads on end-to-end customer credit and capital management to ensure a seamless process for customers and internal stakeholders.
  • •Ensure consistent application of HSBC policies and adherence to regulatory, financial, and legal standards while managing regulatory and reputational risk within scope; support continuous improvement and training.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • •Corporate lending experience with strong analytical and credit knowledge.
  • •Strong stakeholder management skills to navigate complex situations and drive alignment among senior leaders.
  • •Clear understanding of Group credit risk principles, policies, and statutory compliances.
  • •Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across levels.
