Key Responsibilities

  • •Write secure, well-tested code and contribute to standards and documentation for marketing infrastructure, data models, and tools.
  • •Build the campaign lifecycle orchestration backbone and lead end-to-end design, implementation, and management of the marketing campaign lifecycle system.
  • •Develop integrations and internal tools connecting project management, collaboration, creative, media, and email/lifecycle platforms.
  • •Design and operate data pipelines and models that ingest marketing and performance data into a data layer to support experimentation and analytics workflows; deliver abstractions and APIs for AI-driven campaign wrap-ups, insights, and recommendations.
  • •Lead reliability, observability, and incident response for integrations, data pipelines, and automations, including monitoring, logging, alerting, auditing, feature flags, and change management.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development for distributed systems and APIs.
  • •Proficiency in Python or TypeScript/Node.js, with experience building integrations, services, data pipelines, and internal tools using modern frontend frameworks like React.
  • •5+ years of experience with REST/GraphQL APIs, OAuth2, webhooks, and event-driven patterns.
  • •Hands-on experience building applications with large language models (LLMs), such as prompt flows, retrieval-augmented generation, or AI agents using approved GenAI tools.
  • •1+ years delivering production systems on cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including serverless services (e.g., Lambda, API Gateway, managed databases/queues) and CI/CD practices.
