Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with frontline businesses and the Data Analytics team on sales dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance tracking tools.
  • •Analyze sales data and performance metrics to deliver actionable insights and support forecasting and strategic decisions.
  • •Support implementation, administration, and optimization of CRM platforms and sales technologies to improve productivity and data integrity.
  • •Design, document, and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and operational practices to enhance efficiency.

Key Requirements
