Key Responsibilities

•Maintain a thorough understanding of our HR policies, procedures, and local employment laws, ensuring compliance with a focus on Brazil & US requirements
•Support the employee lifecyle by executing key processes in Workday, including onboarding and employee changes, while ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee data
•Serve as the first point of contact for global employee inquiries through our ticketing system, delivering timely, high-quality support in line with our SLAs
•Partner with cross-functional People teams to route and escalate inquiries as needed, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
•Collaborate with team members and management to identify opportunities for process improvement
