The Vice President of Operations (VP Ops) for Clinical Intelligence is the senior operating executive responsible for translating strategy into disciplined execution across people, process, and delivery. Own the operating cadence, KPI dashboards, and cross-functional delivery across Product, Engineering, Delivery, and Operations, while driving efficiency, ROI visibility, and talent development within a fully remote US-focused CI organization.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the day-to-day operating rhythm of the Clinical Intelligence business; lead weekly execution reviews, operational dashboards, and KPI tracking; translate GM priorities into executable plans with clear owners and milestones.
•Own CI delivery operations across customers and products; standardize processes across MD Portals, Curation, CGMA, and CLEAN; identify and eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
•Serve as the execution bridge between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Operations; align roadmaps with delivery readiness and sales commitments; drive tighter handoffs across pre-sale, implementation, and ongoing delivery.
•Support GM to improve delivery economics and gross margin; track operational KPIs tied to ARR, cost-to-serve, and utilization; ensure data accuracy and decision-readiness.
•Own execution of high-priority CI initiatives including operating model unification across acquisitions, tooling and workflow improvements, EMR/EHR integration, and client remediation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 195,000 - 220,000 annually
