Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the enterprise data quality strategy and roadmap, embedding it into overall data strategy and shifting from reactive cleanup to proactive prevention.
  • •Own enterprise data quality monitoring and incident management, including triage, escalation, root cause analysis, resolution, and communication with data owners and stewards.
  • •Oversee the design, rollout, and enhancement of an enterprise data quality dashboard with visibility into completeness, validity, uniqueness, accuracy, and timeliness KPIs and thresholds.
  • •Establish and enforce enterprise-wide data quality standards for master and reference data, governing and documenting end-to-end rule lifecycle (intake through approval, deployment, and retirement).
  • •Embed data quality controls by design into data products and application release processes in partnership with IT Delivery and Architecture teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a science, data science or IT related field.
  • •Minimum of 5+ years of experience in data stewardship, data quality management, or data governance.
  • •Practical experience with data quality management and best practices across enterprise processes.
  • •Familiarity with data quality principles, tools, processes, and applications used for enterprise systems and governance.
  • •Experience with data stewardship/governance in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) is preferred.
