Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop the condition monitoring and lubrication team to improve reliability and availability of process plant assets.
  • •Ensure compliance with safety procedures, standards, and activities; verify work management processes and execution of lubrication and condition monitoring PMs.
  • •Implement and maintain a comprehensive database of condition monitoring inspections and alerts, and ensure alerts are actioned through effective reporting and interaction.
  • •Provide leadership and mentoring for subordinates, including ongoing training and development, performance management, conflict management, and crisis management.
  • •Evaluate and recommend new condition monitoring and lubrication technologies and methodologies; support RCA and participate in investigations on significant incidents as necessary.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 10 years condition monitoring experience in the mining industry.
  • •Proficiency with maintenance and reliability systems (ERP/CMMS, monitoring systems) including SCADA and OsiSoft PI (and/or databases).
  • •Experience with fixed plant facilities and equipment strategy methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, or similar.
  • •At least 5 years in a senior supervisory role.
  • •Certification in predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis at Level II and NDT Level II (oil analysis, thermography, and ultrasonic/ultrasound certifications are advantageous).
