Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and deploy production-ready software for protein design, structure prediction, docking and scoring workflows.
  • •Collaborate with founders and customers to integrate open-source tools and build scalable drug discovery pipelines.
  • •Leverage ML and physics-based approaches to advance computational protein engineering capabilities.
  • •Work with AWS DevOps and MLOps stacks (DynamoDB, EC2, S3, CUDA, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to deploy tools.
  • •Relocate to or be located in the SF Bay Area to support in-person collaboration and product development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of ML and physics based tools in structural biology, protein design, molecular dynamics, protein-protein and protein-ligand docking, peptide discovery, virtual screening, etc.
  • •Knowledge of enzymology, protein therapeutics, and peptide discovery.
  • •Familiarity with literature and evolving state of the art in computational protein engineering tools
  • •AWS DevOps (DynamoDB, EC2, S3, docker, etc.) and MLOps (CUDA, conda, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
  • •Ability to develop general purpose, production-ready software
