Job Summary

Lead the sales floor as a brand ambassador for Coach, maintaining a strong leadership presence while driving sales targets and delivering an exceptional customer experience. •Support store growth through recruiting, interviewing, performance evaluation, and high-level training.
•Provide HR and conflict resolution support to the team in the absence of the leadership team.
