Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform 24/7 internet application and distributed server platform monitoring.
  • •Provide Level 1 & 2 incident and request support for web middleware, MQ, and Windows/Linux infrastructure.
  • •Handle Level 1 cloud enablement incidents for AWS and Azure.
  • •Support monthly application/infrastructure release and disaster recovery validation activities, including production code deployments for application code moves.
