Job Summary

Own client portfolio growth across the full sales cycle (acquisition, retention, and upsell) for campaigns executed with the Client Solutions and Brand Partnerships teams. Drive performance against KPI targets, educate clients and agencies on TikTok products and updates, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to develop creative ad solutions, and oversee media activation, reporting, and campaign optimization across placements in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

•Build and progressively grow a client portfolio by securing win-win business opportunities throughout the sales cycle (acquisition, retention, upsell).
•Execute against KPI metrics (targets, goals, and/or strategic objectives) set by management.
•Educate clients and agencies on TikTok products, company updates, and best practices to support measurable business results.
•Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to identify, create, and implement creative ad solutions and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners.
•Plan media activation, keep accurate campaign records and schedules, ensure correct ad specifications and rates, and report on and optimize campaigns.

Key Requirements

•Previous experience in account management and/or sales roles
•Knowledge and proven expertise in strategic planning and sales approach
•Experience in a client-facing role with the ability to speak to C-level stakeholders
•Experience managing campaigns across multiple advertising solutions and placements
•High oral and/or written fluency in Spanish and English to communicate with stakeholders/vendors across Spain
