Join Allianz Consulting’s Performance Steering & Claims Transformation Practice Area to deliver end-to-end claims excellence engagements for Allianz entities worldwide. You’ll master the claims domain, analyze customer needs, and develop solutions across digital customer interaction, process design/reengineering, claims automation, and anti-fraud. The role includes full-cycle project delivery, stakeholder management, thought leadership, and mentoring colleagues, supported by a community of experts.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide end-to-end client engagements within project deadlines, including deliverables, problem/conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
•Analyze customer needs and develop creative solutions, covering claims transformation topics such as digital customer interaction, process design and reengineering, claims automation, and anti-fraud.
•Develop thought leadership and Allianz Consulting solutions, identify opportunities for new business, and support pitches.
•Complete projects from inception through delivery and provide outstanding consulting services to Allianz entities worldwide.
•Ensure colleagues’ personal development through mentoring.

Key Requirements

•University degree or equivalent experience.
•2–3 years of experience in core insurance with a focus on claims operations and management, or consulting focused on claims (P&C or L&H).
•Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks and use AI tools; consult clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
•Solid project management experience across roles, settings, and methods.
•Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx; strong presentation, facilitation, and conflict-management skills; English fluency (German is a plus).
