Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide end-to-end client engagements within project deadlines, including deliverables, problem/conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
  • •Analyze customer needs and develop creative solutions, covering claims transformation topics such as digital customer interaction, process design and reengineering, claims automation, and anti-fraud.
  • •Develop thought leadership and Allianz Consulting solutions, identify opportunities for new business, and support pitches.
  • •Complete projects from inception through delivery and provide outstanding consulting services to Allianz entities worldwide.
  • •Ensure colleagues’ personal development through mentoring.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree or equivalent experience.
  • •2–3 years of experience in core insurance with a focus on claims operations and management, or consulting focused on claims (P&C or L&H).
  • •Demonstrate expert knowledge of AI frameworks and use AI tools; consult clients on AI adoption for business transformation.
  • •Solid project management experience across roles, settings, and methods.
  • •Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; experience with virtual collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and WebEx; strong presentation, facilitation, and conflict-management skills; English fluency (German is a plus).
