•A higher degree relevant to the research or teaching area (or equivalent) with expertise in character education.
•Experience working with schools and teachers, including delivering CPD activities and building networks related to character education or a closely related field.

•Ability to design and deliver module materials successfully.
•Ability to assess and organise resources effectively.
