Seasoned Pre-sales Solution Architect with deep experience in NICE CXone, UC environments, and CRM integrations, responsible for guiding customer engagements from pre- to post-sales, designing architectures, coordinating cloud-enabled CX deployments, and presenting compelling technical value to executives in a fast-paced SandcastleCX program.

Job Function: Solutions Engineering & Sales Engineering

Key Responsibilities

•Participate in pre- and post-sales SandcastleCX engagements, supporting customer discussions and demonstrations.
•Capture customer requirements and design/document solutions within the SandcastleCX program.
•Define and assist with acquiring dedicated technology stacks for SandcastleCX engagements.
•Coordinate and plan ongoing customer enablement sessions, including platform feature demonstrations and exploration.
•Identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities and build/validate key use cases with customers.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•10+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or contact center consulting.
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
•5+ years' experience in NICE CXone and UC environments
•CXone ACD/IVR, DFO, QM, CXone WFM, Interaction Analytics, and Cognigy certifications (Preferred)
•Experience with CRMs and integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics)
