Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide nursing care in an effective and safe manner to a defined group of patients and families, using the nursing process and following established nursing regimes.
  • •Plan, implement, and adjust patient care based on assessment outcomes, patient care goals, therapeutic standards, and required regulatory and hospital policies.
  • •Perform basic patient assessments and monitor signs, symptoms, reactions, and behaviors; identify normal vs abnormal characteristics and intervene to support patient safety.
  • •Provide direct and indirect care including medication administration and therapeutic agents, and perform skin tests, immunizations, phlebotomy, and initiation of peripheral venous access.
  • •Document direct and indirect patient care accurately in the electronic medical record and coordinate with healthcare teams through communication and reporting/referrals.

Key Requirements

  • •10 years of total work experience.
  • •5-7 years of relevant work experience.
  • •1 year of GCC experience (preferred).
  • •Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply nursing standards to comply with regulatory requirements (QCHP) and support patient care quality; ERP/SAP functional skills required.
