Key Responsibilities

  • •Own operational excellence and lifecycle management for global Infrastructure Services, ensuring secure, resilient, cost-efficient operations aligned to business requirements.
  • •Establish and govern operational standards, SLOs, KPIs, OLAs, and runbooks; lead operational review forums and proactively manage operational risks.
  • •Serve as senior escalation authority for major incidents, driving technical decision-making, root cause analysis, and permanent corrective actions.
  • •Govern technical performance of managed service providers and outsourcing partners through service reviews, SLA/KPI governance, and improvement plans.
  • •Partner with Cyber Security teams for vulnerabilities and patch compliance; lead audit remediation and drive secure-by-design and operational resilience, including modernization roadmaps.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Infrastructure Operations, Service Delivery, or Technology Leadership.
  • •5+ years leading global infrastructure operations teams.
  • •Proven responsibility for large-scale outsourced service environments.
  • •Strong experience in IT Service Management, Operational Governance, and Infrastructure Lifecycle Management.
  • •Experience managing critical enterprise infrastructure in complex multinational environments.
