Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and validate what teams will achieve during each Product Increment (PI) for the Skywise Flight Planning vision.
  • •Convert business/operational needs into user stories and work with development teams to implement and validate them to Definition of Done.
  • •Lead by example on Lean-Agile principles, breaking silos and ensuring alignment with the portfolio framework vision.
  • •Ensure Skywise processes bridge guidance and daily practices driven by business objectives.
  • •Contribute to development team performance by transitioning effectively between functional and technical domains; support multiple teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineer or Master degree in software engineering or aeronautics, or commensurate experience.
  • •Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent).
  • •Solid experience in the Aviation industry, notably Flight Operations and associated digital solutions.
  • •Experience in SAFe.
  • •Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility/VersionOne, Jira, etc).
