Job Summary

Own and validate what delivery teams achieve each Product Increment for the Skywise Flight Planning domain. Translate business and operational needs into well-formed user stories, partner closely with development teams to ensure Definition of Done validation, and help scale Lean-Agile and SAFe execution. Lead across multiple product teams, bridge “by the book” guidance with daily practices, and contribute to efficient, value-focused portfolio delivery in the aviation domain.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and validate what teams will achieve during each Product Increment (PI) for the Skywise Flight Planning vision.
•Convert business/operational needs into user stories and work with development teams to implement and validate them to Definition of Done.
•Lead by example on Lean-Agile principles, breaking silos and ensuring alignment with the portfolio framework vision.
•Ensure Skywise processes bridge guidance and daily practices driven by business objectives.
•Contribute to development team performance by transitioning effectively between functional and technical domains; support multiple teams.

Key Requirements

•Engineer or Master degree in software engineering or aeronautics, or commensurate experience.
•Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner (or equivalent).
•Solid experience in the Aviation industry, notably Flight Operations and associated digital solutions.
•Experience in SAFe.
•Working experience on Agile project management tools (Agility/VersionOne, Jira, etc).
