Key Responsibilities

•Discover and Scope Opportunities - Gather, evaluate and build a solid understanding of customer use cases, the regulatory and related technology environment, and competitors; create crisp problem statements and hypotheses.
•Perform Analysis - Pull data from multiple sources and manage data ambiguity; identify key data to define KPIs and priorities.
•Validate with evidence - Design experiments (PoCs/prototypes) to test desirability, feasibility, viability and compliance; define clear success criteria.
•Manage a Pipeline of Bets - Coordinate experimentation efforts with matrixed teams to run POCs/POVs; drive execution and address roadblocks.
•Handover for scale - Define transition artifacts and criteria for delivery teams; outline value propositions and inputs for business cases; map technical feasibility paths with cross-functional partners

•Critical Experience in Product Management with long-term ownership and success in lifecycle strategy and release of multiple products
