Key Responsibilities

  • •Set tribe strategy by arbitrating between Online, In-Store, and Gift Cards task forces and defending trade-offs to leadership.
  • •Own revenue chain performance end to end by analyzing catch/track rates, locating leaks, sizing levers, and prioritizing work.
  • •Go deep on affiliate tracking/attribution, card-linked payment integrations, and checkout and coupon flows to challenge diagnoses and make final calls.
  • •Champion user experience by translating user pain points into features, product improvements, and customer experiences across business lines.
  • •Lead and grow the PM team, set key metrics, hold the tribe accountable for revenue contribution, and partner with B2B, Care, Data, and external partners.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product experience, including leading or mentoring other Product Managers, ideally on consumer products.
  • •Strong data fluency to interrogate funnels, break metrics into components, and identify signal vs noise.
  • •Business sense focused on revenue, margin, and trade-offs, with accountability for numbers to execs.
  • •Proven people-management track record, setting a high bar for rigor, experimentation, and delivery.
  • •Experience with affiliate/e-commerce/payments/marketplaces/adtech or affiliate marketing; technical understanding of tracking and payment mechanics is expected.
