Job Summary

Design and develop engaging learning programs that equip KFC restaurant teams with the knowledge and skills to improve business results. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts to conduct needs analysis, build learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led, videos, job aids, microlearning), and maintain curricula. Manage projects from needs analysis through evaluation while using learning data to continuously improve effectiveness and learner engagement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop learning programs, tools, and resources to support product launches, operational initiatives, technology implementations, and people capability programs.
•Create learning solutions across multiple modalities (eLearning, instructor-led training, videos, job aids, assessments, microlearning, performance support).
•Conduct needs analysis and partner with stakeholders to identify learning opportunities and appropriate solutions.
•Manage project timelines, milestones, deliverables, and feedback cycles; coordinate reviews and approvals.
•Evaluate learning effectiveness using learner feedback, operational results, and business performance indicators; recommend enhancements to learning content and processes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 89,300 - 99,845 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Education, Communications, Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).
•2–4 years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, training, education, communications, or related field.
•Experience designing and developing learning solutions across multiple modalities.
•Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
•Working knowledge of ADDIE and adult learning principles, plus learning content development and authoring tools experience.
