Job Summary

Lead discovery, analysis, and requirements for complex digital and technology-enabled initiatives. Partner with clients, stakeholders, architects, developers, and designers to translate business challenges and user needs into actionable solution requirements. Create business cases, future-state processes, service experiences, and operating models, and analyze systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, and business rules. Support agile delivery and use AI-enabled tools to improve analysis and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder engagement, and requirements gathering sessions.
•Translate business challenges and user needs into actionable solution requirements.
•Develop business cases, future-state processes, service experiences, and operating models.
•Analyze systems, integrations, APIs, data flows, and business rules to support solution design.
•Produce business analysis artefacts and support agile delivery with prioritisation, backlog management, and scope definition.

Key Requirements

•5-10 years’ experience in digital consulting, software delivery, technology transformation, or a similar environment.
•Demonstrated experience delivering complex digital initiatives from discovery through implementation.
•Strong knowledge of business analysis practices, requirements engineering, process improvement, and solution definition.
•Experience facilitating workshops and working with a wide range of business and technical stakeholders.
•Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline (formal Business Analysis qualification highly regarded).
