Key Requirements

  • •Experience building backend services and working with microservices or service-oriented architectures.
  • •Hands-on experience building products with LLMs, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, RAG, semantic search with vector databases/embeddings, and agent orchestration.
  • •Experience with evaluation and monitoring frameworks for open-ended tasks, plus streaming and SSE.
  • •Strong debugging and monitoring experience for production systems.
  • •Ability to understand customer/user needs via user research and rapid experimentation, and balance divergent and convergent thinking for 0-to-1 projects.
