Job Summary

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream professional services engagements for strategic customers. Build execution plans that turn transformation goals into structured delivery using agile and project management best practices. Own program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment across executive, technical, and delivery teams. Drive change management and revenue forecasting, partnering with Engagement Managers and Delivery Managers to improve delivery practices at scale.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead delivery of multi-workstream professional services engagements, focusing on measurable customer outcomes and business value realization across the program lifecycle.
•Develop and apply a delivery methodology grounded in agile and project management best practices, communicating it clearly throughout the program.
•Create and continuously communicate program roadmaps, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables across connected projects.
•Manage stakeholder expectations by securing approval on major milestones and proactively identifying and mitigating risks affecting delivery timelines, scope, or outcomes.
•Define program strategy and establish program structures (e.g., RACI charts, work breakdown structures, communication plans, escalation paths), including change management and revenue forecasting.

Salary: USD 92,880 - 156,600 annually

•Experience leading complex programs with multiple interdependent projects, stakeholders, and timelines, ideally in external billable professional services or consultancy environments.

•Ability to organize and manage long-term project budgets, schedules, risks, and dependencies.
•Working knowledge of agile and project management approaches, with judgment to apply the right structure to different customer needs.
•Willingness to complete the GitLab Project Management certification within 2 months of starting.
