  • •Lead the strategy, design, governance, and execution of SoFi’s enterprise performance management programs, including annual employee performance, executive performance, and semi-annual scorecard processes.
  • •Establish a long-term roadmap for how SoFi sets goals, delivers feedback, evaluates performance, and recognizes results.
  • •Ensure performance programs reinforce accountability, development, differentiation, and business performance.
  • •Continuously evaluate program effectiveness using employee feedback, operational metrics, and business insights, and design improvements to simplify processes and strengthen manager capability.
  • •Partner with HR Business Partners, Compensation, HR Technology, Internal Communications, senior business leaders, and Talent Development to integrate performance management with manager development and career growth.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 153,600 - 264,000 annually

  • •10+ years of experience in performance management, talent management, organizational development, HR consulting, or related disciplines.
  • •Demonstrated success designing and leading enterprise performance management programs in complex organizations.
  • •Strong expertise in organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent strategy.
  • •Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with executive stakeholders.
