•Design, develop, and maintain Anaplan models for Territory and Quota Planning and Incentive Compensation Management.
•Lead model building efforts end to end, including requirements gathering, design, development, UAT, training, and production support.
•Utilize Anaplan architecture best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance) and improve models for performance, usability, auditability, and long-term scalability.
•Identify feature gaps or planning process inefficiencies within the sales organization.
•Define end-to-end data flows and govern integrations, partnering with IT and Data teams (e.g., Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP).

Salary: GBP 50,000 - 84,000 annually

•3+ years of experience delivering enterprise Anaplan solutions.
•Prior experience in sales operations, finance, business systems, or a related field.
•Proven track record as a Product Owner and/or Developer for complex business systems.
•Deep expertise in Anaplan best practices (DISCO, ALM, UX, performance optimization).
•Experience designing and governing enterprise integrations (Salesforce, Snowflake, ERP, data platforms).
