Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor work queues and proactively review client requests and tickets to identify, investigate, and resolve incidents and problems.
  • •Act as second-line support for medium-complexity incidents/requests, updating tickets with actions taken and communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • •Manage shift handovers by highlighting key tickets and upcoming critical tasks, and escalate tickets to Centres of Excellence (CoE) and other teams when needed.
  • •Establish monitoring for client infrastructure and lead/handle initial client escalations for operational issues.
  • •Support change management by logging change requests, executing approved maintenance, auditing tickets for quality, and contributing to trend analysis and automation opportunities.

Key Requirements

  • •Proficiency with Pulse Secure SSL VPN, Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Cisco Nexus switches/routers/firewalls, plus familiarity with ticketing tools.
  • •At least one technical certification in the listed technologies.
  • •A bachelor's degree in IT/Computing (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent work experience.
  • •Strong planning skills to anticipate and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • •Ability to communicate and work effectively across cultures, with active listening and client-centric communication.
