Job Summary

Deliver end-to-end SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) functional consulting for SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA. Translate business needs into EAM solutions, configure key components (functional locations, equipment master, maintenance notifications/orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, planning, and work centers), and lead workshops and Fit-Gap analysis. Coordinate with ABAP/Basis/Integration teams, run testing (unit/SIT/UAT), support production and data migration, and provide knowledge transfer and post–go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

•Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP EAM functional solutions.
•Configure and support SAP EAM components (functional locations, equipment, maintenance notifications/orders, preventive/predictive maintenance, planning, and work centers).
•Lead workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design with business users.
•Prepare functional specifications and configuration/process documentation; coordinate with technical teams for enhancements and developments.
•Perform testing (Unit Testing, SIT, UAT), defect resolution, production support, data migration/master data validation, and cutover activities.

Key Requirements

•6–9 years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EAM.
•Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance business processes, including maintenance planning and scheduling.
•Experience with SAP S/4HANA EAM implementations or migrations.
•Expertise across equipment & functional location management, maintenance processing, preventive maintenance, and breakdown/corrective maintenance.
•Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end SAP implementation projects plus support/rollout engagements.
