Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver quality patient care in collaboration with the multi-professional team according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in line with clinical risk policies and procedures.
  • •Create and contribute to a positive patient experience by maintaining a conducive environment as guided by nursing leadership.
  • •Supervise, mentor, and coach learners and nursing employees to build competence and support a learning environment.
  • •Provide and coordinate patient-centric, evidence-based nursing care while complying with ethical and professional standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
  • •Valid BLS certificate.
  • •At least two years of OPD experience.
  • •Experience as Team Lead in OPD, including procedures and treatment room.
  • •Basic Arabic language skills and English verbal/written communication skills.
