Rental Manager, TK Belux

Set up and grow a new rental business for refrigerated trucks, small trucks, last‑mile vehicles, generators, and refrigerated storage containers across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. Own full P&L for the rental division, manage fleet operations to maximize rental performance, and drive business development through strong customer relationships. Partner with Sales, Service, and Aftermarket teams to deliver combined solutions while reporting to the General Manager, Thermo King Belux.
