Key Responsibilities

•Support the end-to-end credentialing pipeline for the Osmind Care Network, coordinating day-to-day with our third-party credentialing vendor
•Track application status across payers and providers; flag delays and at-risk timelines to internal stakeholders
•Follow up on missing or incomplete provider information needed for applications; coordinate with providers and practice staff
•Help identify when group credentialing is the right approach and assist with coordinating those submissions
•Maintain accurate, up-to-date tracking across credentialing operations and ensure milestones align with billing readiness and go-live timelines

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 52,000 - 65,000 annually

Key Requirements

•2-5 years of experience in healthcare payer credentialing or provider enrollment
•Familiarity with CAQH management, payer enrollment workflows, and group vs. individual credentialing
•Strong organizational skills and ability to keep stakeholders updated
•Ability to manage multiple applications and providers simultaneously with attention to detail
•Clear, professional communicator with providers and payer contacts
