Job Summary

Support HOA clients and the sales team by driving adoption of HOA product integrations and payment solutions. Conduct business environment analysis, usage assessment, and gap analysis across systems and AR payment processing, then build personalized improvement plans with training and follow-up. Partner with HOA product managers on beta strategies and digital AR, provide post-engagement reporting, and assist with bank transition support by augmenting client accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive HOA product/system usage and adoption through direct client communication, analysis, and training.
•Perform business environment analysis of CMC current processes, reconciliation, AR process, and client support mode; identify opportunities for improvement in HOA systems/processes.
•Conduct usage assessment and gap analysis to determine what systems the client actively uses, including software integration and AR payment processing.
•Create and execute personalized improvement plans to update configurations, train CMC staff, and provide training materials with follow-up monitoring.
•Provide bank transition support by augmenting CMC accounting staff, adding bank accounts to accounting software, configuring systems, updating automated utility payments, and assisting with signature card handling and communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 114,910 - 141,946.66 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree (BA) or equivalent, with 1+ years related financial industry experience (or 4+ years related experience).
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking, including treasury management and credit facilities.
•Intermediate to advanced knowledge of deposit and payment products, online technology platforms, sales concepts, and banking regulations.
•Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
•Experience working in a branch, TM support capacity, or credit training is a plus.
