Job Summary

Provide end-to-end technical support for a specific customer related to escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades. Serve as the intermediary escalation focal point between the customer and the division, supporting field engineers and diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging equipment. Deliver Alpha/Beta site support for new hardware/process/software on engineering and customer tools, review ECOs, generate performance metrics, and create customer-facing documentation and support plans.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support for a specific customer, including escalations, fleet performance, installations, improvement programs, and upgrades.
•Act as intermediary and field escalation focal point between the customer and the division, supporting field engineers and product support personnel.
•Deliver Alpha site support to engineering for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, process, or software designs.
•Provide Beta site support for installation, operation, calibration, service, and/or testing of new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
•Initiate and review ECOs, generate system performance metrics (e.g., MTBF/MTBI/availability), and create/review documentation for technical improvements and support plans.

Travel: Extensive travel

•Apply best practices and understand how your area integrates with others, including factors that differentiate in the market.

•Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with manageable risk.
