Job Summary

Lead fund reporting and expense management oversight for Invesco liquidity and related funds administered by third-party administrators. Manage TPA service levels, control fund processes and periodic reporting, and oversee distribution rate and yield analysis for regulatory reporting across Taiwan, Hong Kong, and European clients. Coordinate Fixed Distribution Rates Committee activities, govern budgeting and capped funds reporting, and manage a team delivering continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage third-party administrators (TPAs) to ensure optimum service levels for expense management and fund distributions activities.
•Oversee liquidity fund processes and periodic reporting, including distribution rate and supporting analysis for regulatory reporting and dividend composition publication.
•Coordinate Fixed Distribution Rates Committee activities end to end, including meetings, materials, minutes, ad-hoc funds tracking, and maintaining Terms of Reference and policies.
•Approve, monitor, and report on TPA fees under service level agreements; oversee monthly budget reviews, capped fund monitoring, and quarterly reporting to the Fund Expenses Committee.
•Oversee governance for product development, continuous improvement, and business change projects; lead, motivate, and develop a team of direct reports.
