Meet personal production and client service goals using targeted inbound and outbound calling, analyzing client needs, and recommending appropriate products via phone and web. Deliver an engaging client experience, maintain proactive partner communication, and lead branch activities to achieve investment targets while meeting referral SLAs and adhering to all regulations and training requirements.
