Lead delivery across multiple small to medium water utility projects, supporting continuous improvement and aligning project practices with AECOM’s Project Delivery System. Oversee one or more Project Managers, and—depending on region—manage more complex projects within long-term client frameworks. Key Responsibilities

•Support continuous improvement and execution of project delivery procedures.
•Drive consistent Project Manager practices and procedures aligned with AECOM requirements and the Project Delivery System (PDS).
•Oversee the work of one or more Project Managers and support their tasks as required.
•Depending on region and project requirements, project manage more complex projects of your own in addition to the above.

Key Requirements

•A degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject (e.g., civil, mechanical, electrical).
•Experience delivering water or wastewater treatment projects.
•Strong commercial, risk management, and contractual skills (e.g., NEC4).
•Chartered Engineer status or working towards it, or APM registration.
