Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered products that improve associate workflows and customer interactions.
  • •Design, develop, test, deploy, and support AI software components including foundation model training, LLM inference, similarity search, guardrails, evaluation, experimentation, governance, and observability.
  • •Use open-source and SaaS AI technologies such as AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, Nemo Guardrails, and PyTorch.
  • •Develop state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to improve scalability, cost, latency, and throughput in production systems.
  • •Contribute to the technical vision and long-term roadmap for foundational AI systems.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,500 - 201,400 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/AI/Electrical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related field with 3+ years developing AI/ML algorithms or technologies, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of AI/ML development experience.
  • •3+ years programming with Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
  • •3+ years of experience developing and deploying scalable and responsible AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • •Experience developing AI services, including LLM inference, similarity search, vector databases, guardrails, and memory using Python and/or C++/C#/Java/Golang.
  • •Experience optimizing training and inference software for performance (hardware utilization, latency, throughput, and cost).
