Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide strategic direction and leadership for all farm operations aligned with long-term goals.
  • •Oversee the full cultivation lifecycle including planting, irrigation, pest control, harvesting, and post-harvest management.
  • •Develop and manage annual budgets, control costs, and ensure farm profitability and financial sustainability.
  • •Lead, mentor, and manage farm managers, specialists, and laborers to drive high performance and continuous improvement.
  • •Implement quality control standards and ensure compliance with agricultural regulations and health & safety standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Horticulture, or related field; Master's highly desirable.
  • •Extensive experience in a senior management role such as General Manager or Farm Director within large-scale agricultural operations.
  • •Specialized expertise in cultivation of dates and other fruits.
  • •Strong financial literacy with budget management, P&L responsibility, and financial reporting experience.
  • •Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
