Job Summary

Serve as the IT Site Lead for Airwallex’s Singapore offices and the regional IT support lead for new Southeast Asia sites. Own site IT operations and reliability, provide escalated technical support across SEA, and deliver hands-on onboarding/offboarding and executive/VIP support. You’ll troubleshoot macOS and Windows issues, support SaaS applications, manage vendors and logistics, and provide AV support while writing clear documentation and continuously improving processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as the senior on-site IT contact for Singapore, owning IT issues, operations, and reliability.
•Provide escalated regional IT support to SEA sites (Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia) and ensure issues are addressed and escalated when needed.
•Deliver hands-on on-site and remote technical support for employees and contractors, including troubleshooting macOS, Windows, and major SaaS applications.
•Run new hire onboarding/offboarding and provide AV, event, and executive/VIP support for staff and visiting executives.
•Manage vendors, procurement, and inventory logistics, partner with workplace and other teams on office build-outs, and write documentation and guides.

Key Requirements

•Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
•Site lead or site management experience as the primary IT site lead/owner in a regional or remote office.
•Strong technical troubleshooting skills across hardware and software.
•Experience with basic administration of Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom.
•Intermediate networking troubleshooting (wifi, DNS, and office networks).
