Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with maintenance of Diligent Access and support planning and administration of the ERM Committee and the Risk Committee of the Board.
  • •Gather committee materials, build and publish committee decks through Diligent, and collect prior meeting minutes.
  • •Ensure awareness of and adherence to ERM policies and policy/charter standards, and perform quality control on committee materials for consistency.
  • •Support submissions of official committee governance materials to regulatory agencies and provide information for regulatory reviews, audits, examinations, and internal control testing.
  • •Conduct gap analysis against existing or proposed regulations/guidance and administer charter inventories, certification, and periodic risk governance committee self-assessments.
