Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide direct supervision for analysts performing SAM alert review, triage, disposition, and escalation activities.
  • •Manage daily operational performance across alert volumes, aging, dispositions, and regulatory responsiveness while ensuring SLA and quality standards.
  • •Lead and coach analysts, including performance management and quality reviews of alert dispositions.
  • •Compile and report KPIs/KRIs for management and Board reporting, translating operational data into risk-focused narratives.
  • •Partner with program management, data analytics, and technology assurance to support SAM rule tuning, governance, testing, and documentation.

Key Requirements
