  • •Ensure compliance with HSE, LOTO and food safety standards by championing safe engineering practices across the shift.
  • •Plan, prioritise and coordinate reactive and preventative maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
  • •Drive continuous improvement using TPM, RCA, Kaizen, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies and improve engineering KPIs (e.g., MTBF, MTTR).
  • •Maintain accurate use of SAP CMMS for maintenance reporting, data quality and asset management.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience leading engineering maintenance teams in an FMCG, brewing, packaging, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Strong understanding of engineering maintenance planning, asset reliability, and preventative maintenance best practices.
  • •Knowledge of engineering, quality, health & safety, environmental, and regulatory standards in a production environment.
  • •Qualified to HNC level (or equivalent) in an engineering discipline, or able to demonstrate significant relevant leadership experience.
  • •Experience using SAP CMMS and other engineering/maintenance management tools.
