Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Energy Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent education and experience.
  • •Significant experience in systems engineering, project engineering, mechanical design, product development, or related technical leadership roles.
  • •Experience leading geographically dispersed/global engineering teams.
  • •Ability to lead complex technical projects and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders across functions and regions.
  • •Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, including FMEA or Root Cause Analysis methodologies.
