Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, build, and maintain automations across the endpoint management tech stack.
  • •Own patching, OS upgrade campaigns, and application packaging and deployment.
  • •Partner with teams to design the best employee endpoint experience.
  • •Apply security best practices for a growing, mixed fleet and support device trust and EDR triage.
  • •Set MDM controls and security posture for AI tools and agents, and evaluate and roll out AI-powered IT tooling/automation.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years managing a large distributed fleet of macOS and Windows devices.
  • •Hands-on experience with an enterprise MDM such as Workspace ONE, Jamf, or Fleet.
  • •Proficiency in a shell (bash/zsh) and a scripting language (Ruby, Python, Golang).
  • •Experience using code-based configuration management (Chef, Ansible, Puppet, or SaltStack) to manage endpoints or servers at scale.
  • •Comfort with Zero Trust/Beyond Corp concepts and security/compliance/privacy practices when handling personal data.
