Key Responsibilities

•Own the AIOps operating strategy and multi-quarter operations roadmap across infrastructure, cloud, applications, data platforms, and security operations, including SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, XLAs, and error budgets.
•Govern ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, request, asset/CMDB) and ensure audit-ready controls, CMDB accuracy, and DR/BCP preparedness.
•Chair Change & Release governance and oversee Service Desk (L1–L3) plus Major Incident Management, ensuring rapid triage, stakeholder communication, and post-incident RCA.
•Drive adoption of machine learning-driven event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and closed-loop automation to reduce incident volume and MTTR.
•Lead and develop managers and technical leads across operations squads, governing vendor/partner performance via SLA/XLA evaluations and ensuring operational maturity across teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
•12–15 years of progressive experience in digital operations, including 4–6 years leading multi-team or enterprise/GCC operations.
•Proven ownership of incident, problem, change, request, release, and asset/CMDB processes.
•Deep expertise in ITSM operating models, SRE/observability practices, and operational risk/compliance.
•Experience leading AIOps and intelligent operations (event correlation, anomaly detection, predictive operations, and closed-loop automation).
